[Resolved]  NPS — money got deducted from the bank but the payment status showed "failure"

I paid the money and the money got deducted from the bank as well. But it showed "failure" at the nps site and when i try to login again the message shown is "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime." can you please fix this issue at the earliest?

My Acknowledgement Number is 11813783 and the Acknowledgement Date is 19/03/2019. When I try to Complete Pending Registration, I get the message "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime."

I have been try to process eNPS payment. However on both the occasion had problem during the payment.

I have again raised a grievance on the portal

Just for information purpose, I need to know in how may days does the payment gateway error resolve itself without raising any enquiry or grievance on the portal
