[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — applied to new pan card, not able to get it e-signed | |||||
Hi, I have applied online for a new pan card with temporary token number: [protected]. I made the online payment as well. After the payment when i am trying to e-sign the application and get the acknowledgement number i am getting the following exception everytime: Exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no [protected]. Verified Support May 16, 2018 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response The concern shared will be analyzed and the status of the same will be sent to the email ID as furnished in PAN application Form.

I had applied for a PAN correction in name. Paid the fee and updated all the documents through e-Kyc. but the status of application Says " Sorry No Record Found "
