Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — documents not forwarded by dp

Alankit assignments ltd., new delhi is not giving any documents till debit balance is cleared. I have sent mails and talked on phone with staff. But they insist first clearance of debit balance 1130/- (As on 10/07/19). I requested for
Dp ledger from 01/04/15 onwards and holding of shares on 31/03/19. My demat a/c no. Is 1147134. My client id is tbzl 228.
