Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — e-kyc failed amount paid, no refund | |||
Sir i applied for the pan card on 16.05.2019 and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message : Sir, I applied pan card online.. After submitting application form, 107 ₹ paid through debit card.. But i didn't get acknowledge... Following error came. "your ekyc based request has failed hence you can't proceed the application with ekyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. You will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days"... Please refund my amount.. Temporary token number : [protected]. Transaction reference number: Q s m[protected]..
