Dear sir, I tried registering on enps. The payment failed due to internet interruption. Now when i try to continue with the acknowledgement number i get the below message. The call centers does not respond with out a pran no. Raised the querry also on the website. No response yet. I have seen many such complaints and not yet resolved. My acknowledge no: 11421658 Dt. 10-jan-18 Registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime. I registered in the nps account from ensdl website and got the pran no:[protected] by sms, but am unable a to login to set my i-pin and to contribute towards my investment. Please help.
