[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — failure of ekyc while submitting application | |||
Dear sir/madam I applied to reprint of my existing pan card through official nsdl website, filled and submit all details thats necessary and also paid rs. 106.90 online from my debit card and last i selected ekyc option and also authenticate and proceed. Then it's showing continue with ekyc and whenever i filled aadhar generated otp for ekyc then it's always showing a error "your request cannot be processed. Please try again later". Already tried more than ten times, can you please tell me how many time more i need to try for that. Kindly refund my money that i paid for that or let's do by your own or make it available for me to complete the ekyc without any error. I'm also sending some details that i got to login are as following :- Temporary token number :- [protected] And also sending you the payment receipt and error with attached files, please find the attachment.
