[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — i am complaining about non receipt of pan card | |||
I have applied for correction incorrectly spelled name in my pan card bearing no. Ajrpc 2652 c during the first week of january 2017. Through nsdl.in the month of november 2017 on my status it was stated that my pan card has been delivered on 3rd nov, blu dart courier company (Air way bill no.[protected]) and also mentioned the expected date of delivery as on 13th november 2017. After waiting 2 weeks i approached the courier company local office at trivandrum about the delivery of document. They verified and replied that no such consignment with the said airway bill no stated above has not seen received there. Again i have made compalaint to nsdl by mail about the non receipt of my pan card. But i got the same reply as mentioned in status of my pan card. [protected] Verified Support Jan 01, 2018 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. We are following up with concern team for earliest resolution.
