[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — i didn't get any token number against my application for reprint of lost pan card and my bank a/c is debited. | |||
Respected sir/mam, i applied for the duplicate/reprint of my lost pan card and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed and neither i received any mail or message or any token number and the following message got displayed only: Online pan application Your mobile number/email id is not registered in uidai. Hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of this pan application in next seven working days. To check registered mobile number in aadhaar, please visit at www.eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in Please refund my money. Details are given below: Token no. - not received any mail or message for token no.
