[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — I didn't get pan card | |||||
Hello team, I have requested online pancard correction on 21 dec 2018. My acknowledge number is [protected]. Now last 11 days showing status "under process on income tax department". Already 26 days still not get pancard. Kindly process as soon as possible because i have to change other documents. Because i have changed my name legally. Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.
