[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — I haven't received my refund | |
I had applied for a new pan card online with nsdl website through ekyc. I paid rs 106.90 through debit card. But the application failed and showed the following message: "your e-sign/e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode or e-sign mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of this pan application in next seven working days." My token no. Is [protected]. I applied for a pan card and received an e-pan card on my email with a pan number. when i try to use my pan it shows no records found. kindly resolve this issue .
