[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — I'm complaining about refund

I applied for pan card online on 29/05/2019 and it got rejected due to mistake in some fields. I made a payment of Rs106.90 using my debit card which was to be refunded in 7 working days as promised by you. But I did not receive my refund amount even after completion of 7 working days. Kindly look into this problem and make sure that I get my refund back.
