[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — inability to track pan card application | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have applied for new pan card on 08 July 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number: [protected]. On completion of the process i have received message like below. "If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents." Aug 14, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jul 13, 2018 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Your PAN application is processed by NSDL and forwarded to Income Tax Department (ITD) for allotment of PAN. We are following up with ITD for earliest resolution.

I filled form 49A Pan Application on 4th July 2018 at 4:36 PM
And made the successful payment at 4:44 PM, as soon as I paid through netbanking( transaction no:IGADWWPZP8) successfully, then suddenly session expired and I didn't received any acknowledgment number

I have same problem, I applied for PAN card (individual) and done e-kyc verification by Aadhar Card but now I am not able to track status.
But on checking my application status, it was shown "no record found".
Please resolve the matter soon.
