I have used NSDL website to update pan card for my sister. Temporary Token is [protected]. I have paid an amount of Rs.106.90 using my Phone pe. My balance was deducted from the bank on 04/09/2021 but updation was not completed as it shows me a message "Your request has failed . Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days." . It is 19/09/2021 and still haven't received any refund.I need all my money as soon as possible.
