[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — "no record found" message when tracking my pan correction application status | |
I applied for name correction in my pan card online. Upon completing the application, the message displayed on the screen - thank you for using online application xyzzzz... If you have applied trough ekyc, no need to submit physical documents... That's it. Now when i am trying to track my application status by logging in using my acknowledgement number, the message gets displayed - sorry, no record found!! Please help with this issue! I had applied for name correction last year also through physical docs submission but i never received any new pan card even after countless follow-ups on mails and calls. Verified Support Mar 20, 2019 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Your PAN application is processed by NSDL and forwarded to Income Tax Department (ITD) to update the changes requested in PAN application.
