[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — nps tier i contribution not reflecting invested on 18th jan 2019

I have made payment of rs.5000 for the nps tier i account on 18th jan 2019 and acknowledgment number is 12891609.
Contribution receipt number is[protected].
It has been more than 3 weeks, my contribution is still not reflecting in tier i account.
Even i have raised grievance against nps trust on 1st feb 19 token no:10440263, there has been no response from nps.
This incident is causing lot of mental agony and preventing me from doing further investment in nps.
Please check and resolve this issue at the earliest.
