Hi team, I have the below pran account registered for me. I am paying all my contributions without any arrears. I have issue in accessing enps portal for the same. When i login into enps it is giving me error - pran not found in databse. Pleae review and help me to get this resolved. I started registering for my new PAN Card using my Aadhar card. My token no. is [protected]. I have tried a lot many times, but I am still not receiving my aadhar OTP, during the e-KYC verification. Please look into this matter. If the process doesn't go on, please refund the amount of Rs.115 I have paid.

Sir received pran card :[protected] but I-PIN and T-PIN which was to come by another mail never arrived.
Axis Bank POS is not helping me, without I-PIN and T-PIN cant operate online,
please help.
