I had raised pan card update request online on 9th sep 2020. Ack# : n - [protected]. I called to customer care but no one is answering the call. Still the online application status shows as "your request for 'new pan card and/or change/correction in pan data' has been marked for audit by itd and sent back to nsdl for examination'" Was this information helpful? | |
Aug 13, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Sep 25, 2020 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response We have started dispatching/delivering the physical copy of PAN. However there will be delay in dispatching/delivering of PAN card due the current situation. We request you to use the e-PAN provided. The same is valid and acceptable. We thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
