[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — nsdl error: pran not found in database

Hi sir/mam

I 'sneha sahay' regulary doing payment in atal pension yojna through ecs of amount of 1196 on monthly basis.
When i am checking on nsdlsite to see the transaction, it is throwing error: "pran not found in database".

Please help me to create login credential in nsdl, here are my details:
