[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — nsdl pan card - charged me twice 106.90 | |
Hello Team, I applied for a new PAN card for my friend on the NSDL site: https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html 1. Filled the form and gave the Aadhaar details and reached the payment gateway page. 2. Selected 'PayTM' and entered the OTP which I received on my phone and the amount was deducted from my account. 3. Page was automatically refreshed after few seconds and landed me back on the payment gateway page requesting to pay again. 4. I again selected the PayTM option and received OTP and entered it. 5. The payment was successful and landed me on the Aadhaar acknowledgement page. Everything went fine and the application process was successful until I checked my PayTM account where I was charged twice 106.90 with a 2 mins gap. NSDL charged me a total of 213.80 for one PAN card application. PAN Application Token Number: [protected] Acknowledgement Number: N- [protected] Charged PayTM Mobile Number: [protected] I tried reaching PayTM and they said the payment cannot be reversed as it was already charged by NSDL and requested to contact NSDL only.
