I had applied for pan for my brother mr. Hrushijith thallasseri on 12 november 2016 with token no.[protected] and acknowledgement no. [protected] dt.[protected], 20.23.38.063. There were certain reasons due to which the documents of proof was not valid. I talked to the customer care and took advice on what to do. As per their advice, i resent all the documents asked for on mail.
I received an acknowledgement from denzil (Tin info) on 6th april 2017 that the verification of documents were in process.
I sent another mail to the same e-mail id: [protected]@nsdl.co.in on may 30 after waiting more than a month for a response (Attachment 1). When i had checked the pan application status online, i was shown that documents have been received, but no updates whatsoever.
Now when i am checking it online, the same sort of details, 5 in number are being shown. The same thing that i had discussed with the representative, the same issues are being shown in the application status that the documents are not valid. I do not know what to do. I made several number of calls to the tollfree number and also their customer care centre but i am not getting through.
I has been 7 months since the application was first posted. I know that all the documents i have submitted are as per the advice of the nsdl representative, then why is it still shown invalid. What other procedure can be done. Kindly advice.
