Hello, I have an issue while applying for PAN card through the NSDL site. I have successfully made the payment and awaiting for ekyc step registerd with mobile no -[protected], and then session got timed out without acknowledgement number. Could you please advise, how to proceed from here. Applicant name - Tahera Begum Request - New pan card Proof - Aadhar card Registered email - [protected]@hotmail.com Can I request to help how to proceed or to arrange a refund, so I have make fresh application again. Your PAN card was returned undelivered to NSDL. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Consignee has shifted'. The same has been re-dispatched on 02-Mar-2017 by Speed Post vide airway bill no. EA564220135IN.
