[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan application status | pan card not issue

I have applied a pan card for my mother name vinodani dixit in august 2017,
But still not receive pan card.
Acknowledgement number : n-[protected]
Name : vinodani dixit
My pan status is still 'your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center. You may contact tin fc[protected]/28433343 where the application was submitted by you.'
I have applied for the pan at kalpi centre, jalaun, uttar pradesh and enclosed both aadhaar card as proof of identity and proof of date of birth respectively.
I was unable to connect to the aforementioned number as it always seems busy.
