I have used e-sign while submitting my application ack no n-[protected] If i am trying to track application website shows error as "sorry, no record found." Can you please sen my pan on updated address with name correction? I have received receipt of payment and acknowledgement in mail. Details of your application are as under: Acknowledgement number [protected] Name Saurabh gorecha Father's name Kamlesh kumarji gorecha Dateof birth/incorporation 06/09/1985 Payment details* Online payment *demand draft shall be drawn in the name of "nsdl-pan" and should be payable at mumbai The password for opening the pdf file is date of birth/incorporation in ddmmyyyy format.
