[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan card ekyc failed..please refund my money | |||
I have started applying for pan card on 08/08/2018 by online method and have done online payment of rs.106.90 for the physical pan card. Only after the payment that it was notified that it requires aadhar verification otp for ekyc procedure and i did not had my mobile number linked to aadhar. So i have linked my mobile number to aadhar which took 16 days. After that, on 24/08/2018 when i started aadhar based ekyc, nsdl site shows that aadhar based ekyc has failed and i have to generate a new token and proceed with physical mode. It was notified that my money will be refunded within 7 working days which haven't happened yet. Kindly refund my rs.106.90 as early as possible.
