[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Pan card not delivered, worst velex courier service

My wife Supraja Madhaiyan applied pan card and its dispatched on 24 dec 2021, through velex courier track AWB no. [protected]. package still not yet delivered to my home address (santhaithanampatti, Gonur village, pincode 636404). No response from courier office.
