[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Pan card not received after correction | |||
Dear team, I had applied for PAN card correction on 28th March, 2017 and submitted the required documents physically (acknowledgment number -[protected]) . It has been more than a month but I haven't received the new PAN card. Also, online status is the same for the past one month stating that 'the documents have been received and application is under process with NSDL'. I have tried writing to the provided mail id [protected]@nsdl.co.in, but didn't get any reply, nor am I able to connect with the team using the provided call centre number[protected].
