Verified Support Mar 27, 2018 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Dear Sangita, Your PAN card dispatched by courier was returned undelivered to NSDL after which it was re-dispatched by Registered/Speed Post. However, the PAN card was again returned undelivered to NSDL on 26-Feb-2018. Further we would like to inform you that PAN card can be dispatched to communication address only, If your address has changed then you may apply for 'Request for New PAN Card or / and Changes | |||
