Dear sir, I have applied for a new pan card in the name of rukia begum which dispatched a different address in july 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home is so far than given address. The post man returned it to nsdl. Therefore, i requesting your resend my pan card to my original address and i mentioned our details below.
