[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan card re-dispatching request | |||
Dear sir, I had applied for a new pan card in the name preethi chandrashekar. Since i was out of station, the velex courier service sent me message for "door closed". I contacted the numbers mentioned in the message and asked him to deliver it on 18th september 2018 without fail, since i was going for an international trip on 18th. Inspite of requesting a lot, they didn't deliver my pan card on 18th sept and never responded to my calls or messages and sent it back on 19th september. Being all my issues and complications of not having a pan card on an international trip being apart, the velex courier representative mr. Deepak jalan (Apparently, he's a supervisor) denied my request to deliver on the desired date, he misbehaved when stood answerable and was not ready to take the responsibility. It's a very unprofessional and annoying act from your courier partner's side. Same complaints gave been lodged for the same person number of times. But it's pretty sure that no action has been taken place since then. Therefore, i requesting your resend my pan card to same address. Also find the details mentioned below for your perusal.
