Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan card records error

Hello sir/ ma'am,
Today i was allotted my new pan number through protected email but since then i am trying to use the pan number but its not working. Every time i try to verify my pan number it says "no records found"

I have my e-pan and pan allotment letter but its not getting verified and not showing in records.

Please help urgently!
