Dear sir, I have applied for a new pan card for my sister in law in the name of sneha ramesh sankpal which dispatched our address in aug 2019. I couldn’t receive the pan card as per post man our home was closed when he visited our home. After couple of days we didn't notice it. When i notice and visit post office they told that it was returned to the sender address after four days. Therefore, i requesting your resend this pan card to same address and i mentioned our details below.
