[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan card, resend after physically signing it, but haven't received it back

Dear mam/ sir, i got my pan card through online ekyc service linking with the aadhar card. I was told to sign it physically and resend it along with the form so i resend it after physically signing, but i haven't received it back. So what should i do? Am i suppose to make a new pan card or what, because it has been many days and i haven't still received my pan card.
