[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan card verification problem | |||||
I applied for new pan card on 28/11/17 in nsdl website. I paid amount of rs.118 through my debit card. I entered the correct otp. But i received the message your ekyc verification is failed they also mentioned we will refund the amount within 7 or 8 working days. But still now i didn't receive my refund amount. I want to know why my ekyc verification was failed. How can i will get new pan card?. Please let me know what's the problem or else please refund my amount. My aadhar details all are correct that' s are already verified in uidai website. My token number [protected]. I need immediate solution for this problem because i need pan card immediately.
