My name on the pan card is DEVYANI PRADEEPKUMAR SONAWANE.Post marriage my name is DEVYANI KIRAN THAKARE. Please issue me a new card with my married name .And in the place of husband's name please put DEVYANI KIRAN THAKARE and cancel fathers name if possible.

I have applied for Middle name & Surname change of my pan card which has been taken over 3day, but I still have not recived the name change of the same. No status update no one to answer our calles, no reply to Tweets. where do we go and whom to ask?
