New waybill no [protected] We were to receive pan card via blue dart which we have'nt received. On going through the status it was found that that it was returned and reason mentioned was that c'nee shifted from the given address. We were present in the given address and we have not shifted. Dec 22, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 17, 2017 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Your PAN card has been returned undelivered to NSDL on 02-Nov-2017. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Consignee Shifted'. The same will be re-dispatched shortly.
