The error received:
"your e-sign/e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode or e-sign mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of this pan application in next seven working days.
However, i got a mail which read as below: "your aadhaar number xxxx xxxx xxx was used successfully to carry out authentication using "otp" on 11/06/2018 at 15:52:55 hrs at a device deployed by "nsdl e-governance infra ltd".
Aadhar server says authentication is successful. But nsdl says it failed. I tried three times and the result is same. Nsdl should take action to rectify this issue.
First of all, i feel the aadhar authentication should be done before the payment. This will avoid unnecessary lock of money with nsdl for more than a week. Was this information helpful? |
