My PRAN Number is[protected]. I didn't get my login details of NSDL yet. I need my statement. I haven't received any PRAN card as well. Please help me to login NSDL

I have been trying to login for a while at nsdl shareholder's login but not able to do so.When I try to reset my password it shows pan and email id don't match with records even though they are the same registered with my broker.
I have also sent a mail to NSDL and even called them but there has been no response till date.
