[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — payment deduction for my new pan with paperless facility

This is to complaint that i filed a new pan card through e-kyc process. The process was successful but when i made the online payment it failed but the bank has deducted amount of rs 115.90 from my account
It is a request to please initiate
