[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Payment repeatedly declined but deducted from account | |||||
I have applied and submitted Form CR for change in name through e-kyc as on 26/04/2017. Given token no. [protected] over my mail id i.sengupta.[protected]@gmail.com. I have tried 4 times to pay Rs.112.75 through three different methods, but every time the amount was deducted from my card but declined by NSDL and asking me to pay again. Apr 27, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Physical submission done. Refund to be made within 7 days as stated by them. NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 12, 2017 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response The concern shared will be analysed and the status of the same will be sent to the email ID as furnished in PAN application Form.
