Dear authority, I applied for new pan card online on 18 mar 2017 through e- KYC and made payment as well and the payment was successful and rupees 116. 20 deducted from my bank account but a message generated "your e-KYC based request has failed hence you can not proceed the application with e- KYC". so I request you to cancel my PAN card application and refund my amount 116.20 name keshar bai Token no.
