[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pran error message

I have account in atal pension yojna (Apy) opened in 15 july 2015 and regularly contributing to it through my bank account but i am unable to track my contribution. When i try to login it shows error message pran not found in database. Kindly do the needful and send my ipin password to my registered mobile number.
