Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — PRAN Not found in database error while logging into APY account

I have opened my Atal Pension Yojana account through SBI last month and my PRAN was activated online.
APY PRAN :[protected]
Bank Account:[protected]

When i try to reset my password via

It is giving error PRAN not found in database . Contribution for the above account was deducted as i can see in the statement . So, not sure on why the password reset is not working. Could you please check and fix the password reset option ?

I tried Password reset via OTP sent to SMS
Password reset via Nodal Office.
In both options, i am getting the same error
