I have been contributing to my pran[protected] regularly since 2016. I needed the pran statement and get the mobile number changed. And hence tried to log-into the pran database. I could find the pran number using my bank account and other requird details but while setting password for it, the site says "pran not found in database". Please resolve the anomalies and arrange to send the password to my email id or new mobile number and oblige.
