[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pran not found in database while logging in

Hi,

I submitted NPS registration form and I was given a PRAN number after the payment.

When I tried to login via that Pran it is giving me PRAN not found in the database.

Can you please let me know the next steps to help me login into the portal so that i can see the details of my NPS submissions and further payments.

Acknowledgement Number 11759106

Also who will provide the password for first time login into the portal. I didn't received any mail/ message on my mobile for the same.
