[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — process could not allow me to complete | |||||
Hi, I trying to change my wife name in PAN through tin.nsdl.com by choosing e-kyc\e-sign option. I have done all necessary steps and attached required documents in site, paid the fee. post payment the next step is verification: i am receiving OTP and unable to go for next step to enter the same i mean to say the site is showing me the error message that " You Process Could not process. Please try after some times" Regarding this i have mailed and spoke with customer care for 10 times but no proper response from them. I really fed up for this task and from 15 days i am taking follow up from them. Hope this step would make sound good for my concern. Thanks in Advance for positive response.
