[Resolved] NSDL E-Governance Infrastructure — redispatch

I have applied a pan card and i got a msg for dispatch also but post man not came to my door and then post office return back pan card to utisl.
Now i am request to you kindly send again that pan card i am not getting any response from post office.
Take some immidiate action against them.
My pan card details are:
