Espected sir, I have applied a pan card and i got a msg for dispatch also but post man not came to my door and then post office return back pan card to utisl. Now i am request to you kindly send again that pan card i am not getting any response from post office. Take some immidiate action against them. Thank you My pan card details are: Pan no. I can not login under subscribe because my registered phone no. For OTP generation is not available presently and e mail address is also expired..Can I login with my pran no., pan no, treasrey code, or via account details.
