[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — refund my application fee | |||
I use nsdl website to create my new pan card on 6/4/2018. Temporary token is [protected]. I have paid an amount of rs.115.90 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 6/4/2018, but aadhar verification was not completed due to error message on the website saying, "your request cannot be processed. Try after sometime".in the mean time i have tried more than thrice. So now it says, "since you have exceed otp regeneration limit. You cannot proceed with e-sign. Kindly proceed with generating physical application and sent the application to the mentioned address in next page." now i am not able to do anything with that. I am also not able to print my transaction receipt. My acknowledgement no is [protected]. Kindly refund my fee. So that i can apply it through offline mode. Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 18, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved As I post the documents to nsdl office pune, my application is under process. Hope it will processed as soon as possible. NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 10, 2018 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response The concern shared will be analysed and the status of the same will be sent to the email ID as furnished in PAN application Form.
