Did'nt complete pan card Did not receive the otp for e-sign for pan last stage I have applied for pan card online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhaar. Two payment is all ready refunding
But one payment is not refund NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
