[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — refund my processing fee - ack. no. n-[protected]

Address:Thane, Maharashtra, 401305

Nsdl rejected my pan card request and also not refunding my money
They are saying that applicant's details cannot be mentioned as representative assessee in application form
But i am major so why i have to give any other person details
And also there are no option to edit details
When i have contacted them they are saying that give new request
When i talk them about refund they are saying that there are no refund
Please help me

in your website there is no option to edit details

My Acknowledgment number for PAN CARD is : N-[protected]
Payment done through NetBanking : Rs 120

Now the status shows as "NO RECORD FOUND"
