Respected officers, I do not have surname. My official name is shasank. I have to travel onshore and for that reason i have to update my name from shasank to shasank gupta. For that, i have booked an appointment with passport and having tatkal appoint date as 4th october as i need to travel by october. In order to get passport updated i need adhaar and pancard to be updated. So have applied for both. I submitted online application using e-sign mode for change of my name from shasank to shasank gupta. Token number for this application is [protected] and acknowledgement receipt is [protected]. All the details mentioned are right and document uploaded. I beg to you to please get this completed as soon as possible so that i can at least receive e-pan card before 4th october when i need to go for passport update.
